DESCRIPTION:The celebration began with the sacred Chhipdrel Procession and 
 Marchang Ceremony\, embodying Bhutan's rich traditions and cultural herita
 ge.\n\nA heartfelt Zhaptens was offered for His Majesty the King\, reflect
 ing the unwavering loyalty and prayers of the people for continued peace\,
  prosperity\, and happiness in the Kingdom.\n\nDasho Dzongda\, along with 
 Sherig Lyonpo\, National Council Member\, Lam Neten\, Dasho Drangpoen\, es
 teemed Indian counterparts\, and representatives from BIFA\, graced the oc
 casion.\n\nEnthusiastic participation from regional heads\, sector heads\,
  schools like Samtse HSS\, Samtse LSS\, Norbugang PS\, Norbugang CS\, Khan
 dothang PS\, their students\, and teachers\, as well as the business commu
 nity\, employees\, proprietors\, and residents from across Samtse Dzongkha
 g\, added vibrancy to the event.\n\nAs His Majesty delivered the National 
 Address\, the gathering was filled with gratitude and renewed determinatio
 n.\n\nDrawing inspiration from the Gelephu Mindfulness City initiative\, H
 is Majesty emphasized the importance of selflessness\, collective progress
 \, and dedicated service to the nation. His visionary guidance continues t
 o pave the way for harmony and prosperity\, uniting the hearts of all Bhut
 anese in shared aspirations for the future.\n\nSpecial thanks to all the i
 nstitutions\, commercial banks\, Private Ferros\, construction companies\,
  and other generous donors for sponsoring the prizes for the Free Lottery
