Notification

In accordance with section 13.5 of Bhutan Civil Service Rules and Regulation 2018, the Human Resource Office, Samtse Dzongkhag notifies the dateline for submission of promotion proposals for 1st January, 2019.

The proposal should be submitted to respective Dungkhags/Dzongkhag HRD with the following documents:

1. IWP for 2017-2018, 2016-2017 and 2015-2016 for civil servants following financial year
2. IWP for 2017, 2016 and 2015(PE) for civil servants serving in schools
3. Audit clearance
4. Security Clearance

The Human Resource Office has generated the list of civil servants whose promotion is due on 1.1.2019 (attached) but if there is any additional proposals, individuals and concern sector heads are asked to submit the proposal on or before 15th October, 2018. In-complete and late submission of promotion proposal shall not be accepted.
