Samtse Dzongkhag administration successfully completed civil service award ceremony on 15th December 2020. There were 10 life time award recipients, 19 gold medal recipients, 22 sliver medal recipients, and 41 bronze medal recipients and the medal was awarded by Dasho Dzongdag.
