On the joyous  occasion of the 67th  Birth Anniversary of His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo, The Dzongkhag Administration, Rabdey, District Court, Royal Bhutan Police, Desuung, Regional Heads  of Samtse Dzongkhag offered Karmi Tongchoe and Zhabten of His Majesty  at Samtse Dratshang along with our heartfelt prayers for the good health and  long life of His Majesty . Butter lamps and prayers were also offered at the Shivalaya Mandir, Samtse to celebrate the joyous occasion.
