A one day sensitization program was conducted today on the following topics
1-Validation of land value
2-Tenancy Act 2015 and its rule and regulation 2021
3-Property Tax Act 2022,and Compensation  rate 2022(PAVA) .

The program was conducted by the officials from NLCS, Department of macro-fiscal and development finance(MOF). Gups, Gaos, sector heads, representative from both land and survey and Dzongkhag engineering and human settlement  sector attended the meeting.
