The Moenlam Chenmo in Samtse Dzongkhag concluded with the sacred Tshay Pa May Wang ceremony, presided over by Tshogki Lopen. Thousands of devotees gathered to receive blessings on this auspicious occasion. In addition, prayers were offered for the long life of His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo, His Majesty Jigme Singye Wangchuck, in honor of his 69th Birth Anniversary.
