Subject: Work Order

The Dzongkhag Tender Committee, Samtse Dzongkhag Administration has found the bid submitted by your firm for execution of the Minor Maintenance of Samtse Hospital as substantial responsive bid.

Therefore, the above work is awarded to your firm for the execution and may be carried out as follows:

1. Works shall be carried out as per the terms and conditions, and clauses, appended with the agreement of the work.
2. Your Contract amount for doing this work is Nu. 1,04,924.99 (Ngu. One Lakh Four Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Four & Chh. Nine-Nine) only.
3. The time allowed for the completion of this work is Two (02) Months as reflected in the tender document w.e.f from 02 April 2018.
4. The work must be executed in accordance with the Technical Specification issued by the Standard & Quality Control Authority, Ministry of Works & Human Settlement.
5. An initial advance of 10 % of the bid amount will be given upon request. However, this payment will be made only upon submission of an unconditional bank guarantee acceptable by the employer in an amount equal to the payment.
