- The bid Security as specified above should be submitted in the form of bank guarantee/demand draft/cash warrant in favor of Dasho Dzongdag, Dzongkhag Administration, Samtse.
- Bidders may visit the sites prior to filling up the Tender.
- The bids will be opened by Dzongkhag Tender Committee at the Dzongkhag Conference/DT Hall, Samtse on the above specified date and time in presence of bidders who wish to attend.
