The Minister of Infrastructure and Transport His Excellency Lyonpo Dorji Tshering and Indian Ambassador Sudhakar Dalela jointly inaugurated the newly constructed Diana Kuenphen Zam on September 16, 2023. This 280-meter-long bridge is a multi-span prestressed concrete I-Girder located along the Samtse-Tashichhoeling Secondary National Highway.The construction of this bridge was completed ahead of the initially planned schedule.

The Government of India funded the project with the budget of Nu 221 Million, and the construction work was successfully executed by Rigsar Construction Private Limited.
