Hon'ble Lyonpo DN Dhungyel attended the holy Bol Bom yatra at Shivalaya Mandir with the hundreds of devotees today.

The program begins with the Tirtha puja at the riverside and collecting of the holy water from Dhamdum river, then process to perform abhisheka the Shivalingas at the Su-Tui Theswar Mahadev Mandir by walk.

Bol Bom yatra is conducted yearly and most devotional place for Hindu religion, the yatra is mostly famous for Lord Shiva. 

The month of Shravan is devoted to Lord Shiva and most devotees observe a fast on Mondays during the month, as it also falls during the chaturmas period. traditionally set aside for religious pilgrimage, bathing in holy rivers and penance.

The event was also attended by Dasho Dzongdag, Dasho Drangpon, Dasho SP, Commander of RBA, Dasho Dzongrab, Sector heads and Regional Heads.
