Mr. Surja Bahadur Rai, EID No. 8907125, Extension Supervisor II of Phuntshopelri Gewog under Agriculture of Samtse Dzongkhag superannuated from the civil service on February 20, 2018 after 32 years 6 Months of dedicated service to the Tsa-Wa-Sum.
