On the auspicious occasion of the 2nd  Birth Anniversary  of our beloved  Gyalsey Ugyen Wangchuck, the Samtse Dzongkhag celebrated the day led by Dzongdag,Drangpon,Lam Neten and sector heads.The day was marked by offering butter lamps  and prayers for the long life and well being of HRH Gyalsey Ugyen Wangchuck at the Samtse Dratshang.
