On the auspicious occasion of the 32nd  Birth Anniversary  of Her Majesty the Gyaltsuen Jetsun Pema Wangchuck,the Samtse Dzongkhag celebrated the day led by Dzongdag,Lam Neten, Regional heads and sector heads.The day was marked by offering butter lamps  and zhabtenfor the long life and well being of Her Majesty at the Samtse Dratshang.
