His Excellency Lyonpo D.N.Dhungyel inaugurated the 76-meter suspension bridge at Thotney under Phuntshopelri Gewog yesterday.  The bridge was built by Youth Community Group of Ratey with the approved budget of Nu. 2.146 million through RGoB funding.
