JDS Project was introduced in Bhutan in 2018 with the objective to support human resources development targeting highly capable young government officials, who are expected to be leaders of the country, and engage in formulating and implementing social and economic development policies after return.

The project provides Master's program (2 Year) in various field targeting PMC in technical (agriculture and Forestry), PMC in administration, Finance and Technical, PMC in engineering, farm machination, geology and mines etc.
