The 10th  Moenlam Chenmo, Samtse commenced today coinciding with the Descending Day of Lord Buddha at Samtse Higher Secondary School ground. It is presided over by His Holiness the 70th Jekhenpo, Trulku Jigme Choedra with over hundreds of monks from  various dratshang and lobdras under Samtse Rabdey and over thousands of devotees for the next seven days.
