The 11th  Moenlam Chenmo commenced today at Samtse Higher Secondary School ground. It is presided over by His Eminence The Dorji Lopen of the central monastic body with over hundreds of monks from  various dratshang and lobdras under Samtse Rabdey and over thousands of devotees.
