On the auspicious occasion of the 33rd Birth Anniversary of Her Majesty the Gyaltsuen Jetsun Pema Wangchuck,the Samtse Dzongkhag celebrated the day led by Dzongdag,Lam Neten,Drangpon, regional heads, and sector heads.The day was marked by offering butter lamps and zhabten for the long life and well being of Her Majesty at the Samtse Dratshang.Butter lamps and prayers were also offered at the Shivalaya Mandir, Samtse to celebrate the joyous occasion.
