Samtse Dzongkhag Administration conducted the 4th  Dzongkhag Tshogdu of Third Local Government on 14th August  2023. DT Thrizin welcomed all the members and observers and offered gratitude to His Majesty the King. The DT discussed on the  FY 2023_2024 budget and other pertaining issues.
