A three-day “Kurim” is being conducted at Samtse Rabdey Monastery from March 24th to 26th, 2025, corresponding to the 25th, 26th, and 27th days of the 1st month of the Wood Female Snake Year. 
 
 
 
 
Led by Lama Naten, the ceremony brings together over 70 monks and features distinct rituals each day:
Day 1: Drolma Yuzlok – a ritual dedicated to Tara.
Day 2: Demchok Zhiwai Jinsek – a peaceful offering to Chakrasamvara.
Day 3: Gyazhi Doe – a grand offering encompassing the hundred and four types of mandalas.
 
The Kurim is performed to invoke blessings for the well-being and prosperity of the Royal Family, the longevity of religious leaders, national peace and harmony, and the resolution of global challenges such as pandemics and conflicts
