The meritorious recipients are:
🔹 Mr. Ganga Bdr. Rai, Senior Teacher II, P2A of Sengdhen Lower Secondary School, has been meritoriously promoted to Senior Teacher I, P1A, out-of-turn by one year.
🔹 Mrs. Pema Lhamo, Teacher II, P4A of Mindruling Primary School, has been meritoriously promoted to Teacher I, P3A, out-of-turn by one year.
🔹 Mr. Rinchen Norbu, Teacher II, P4A of Samtse Lower Secondary School, has also been meritoriously promoted to Teacher I, P3A, out-of-turn by one year.
