📢 Call for Participants: Digital Skilling Program for Citizens
In line with the Royal Government’s vision of fostering a digitally inclusive society, the Government Technology Agency is pleased to announce the ongoing Digital Skilling Program for Citizens.
This initiative is designed to equip Bhutanese literate citizens with essential digital competencies to enhance their employability, productivity, and digital confidence.
📌 Program Details:
- Duration: 12 days (9 days on core digital literacy + 3 days on sector-specific digital skills)
- Certification: IC3 Certification – a globally recognized credential for basic digital literacy
- Target Group:
- Employed individuals aged 40–49 years
- Unemployed individuals: Class 12 pass-outs, graduates, school dropouts, and eligible jobseekers
- Sectors Covered: Agriculture, Manufacturing, Construction, Transport, Hotel & Homestay, Wholesale & Retail Trade, Travel Agent & Tour Guide
- Benefits: Free training, free lunch, tea, and snacks during the training period

- Batch 1: 28th July – 9th August 2025
- Batch 2: 11th – 23rd August 2025
