The first staff coordination meeting for the fiscal year 2025–2026 was held on 5th August. During the meeting, the team deliberated on several important agendas, including the Dzongkhag Rimdro, upcoming recreational activities to foster teamwork and bonding, volunteerism for the Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC) initiative, annual leave management, shortage of staff in certain sectors, and the roles and responsibilities of individuals.
The meeting served as a crucial platform to review ongoing activities, address challenges, and foster collaborative efforts to ensure the smooth functioning of the Dzongkhag Administration for the new fiscal year. The administration expressed appreciation for everyone’s continued commitment and teamwork.
