The 13th Samtse Dzongkhag Moenlam Chenmo, presided over by the Venerable Dorji Lopon Rinpoche, will be conducted from the 4th to the 8th of the ninth month of the Wood Snake Year (corresponding to 25th October to 29th October 2025).
