The Samtse Dzongkhag Administration convened the Audit Exit Meeting for the Financial Year 2024–2025, bringing together Gewog Administrative Officers (GAOs), Gups, Accountants, Engineers, and representatives from relevant sectors.
The meeting aimed to review the audit observations issued for the reporting year, clarify compliance requirements, and discuss appropriate corrective and preventive measures. The Audit Team provided detailed feedback and recommendations to further strengthen internal controls, enhance financial discipline, and improve administrative procedures across all offices under the Dzongkhag.
The session also served as an important platform for dialogue, enabling sectors to seek clarification on audit issues, address gaps, and reaffirm their commitment to upholding transparency, accountability, and good governance.
