Hon’ble Dasho Chairperson of the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) visited Samtse Dzongkhag on 24th and 25th February and engaged in a meaningful conversation with the civil servants of Samtse Dzongkhag, including officials from Tashicholing and Dorokha Dungkhags.

During the interaction, Dasho conveyed deep appreciation to all civil servants for their unwavering commitment and dedicated service to the Tsa-Wa-Sum. Dasho also shared key insights on the Strategic Roadmap 2025–2035, highlighting the five strategic thrust areas and the significant strides undertaken by the 4th Commission in line with the 117th National Day Address of His Majesty The King and the Diamond Strategy.

Emphasizing the human dimension of public service, Dasho underscored the importance of civil service wellbeing, stronger collaboration across agencies, and the collective responsibility to address red-tapism in order to enhance efficient and citizen-centric service delivery.

The engagement was both enriching and inspiring, reinforcing a shared commitment to building a responsive, professional, and future-ready civil service.
