The session was chaired by the Hon’ble Lyonpo of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and External Trade and attended by the Hon’ble National Council Member, the Hon’ble Member of Parliament for the Dophuchen–Tading Constituency, the Dzongdag, Drungpas of Dorokha and Tashichoeling Drungkhags, Gups, GAOs, and Mangmis of the 15 Gewogs, as well as officials from the Samtse Dzongkhag Administration and relevant sector agencies, along with officials from MoFAET, MoF, and the Office of Cabinet Affairs and Strategic Coordination (OCASC).
The meeting focused on reviewing the progress and implementation of the 13th FYP activities, evaluating achievements and challenges, and identifying strategic priorities to ensure the effective delivery of planned programmes and services for the people of Samtse Dzongkhag. The Dzongkhag administration and all participating stakeholders reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening governance, accelerating development initiatives, and ensuring that the remaining FYP period is effectively utilized to meet the needs and aspirations of the communities in Samtse
