As part of efforts to enhance the effectiveness of the moderation exercise and address concerns related to performance evaluation inconsistencies, Dasho Kinlay Tshering, Commissioner of the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC), conducted a session in Samtse Dzongkhag on 5th March 2025.
The session was divided into two segments:
Morning Session – A half-day interactive program where participants had the opportunity to raise concerns and provide feedback directly to the Commissioner.
Afternoon Session – A dedicated meeting between Dasho Commissioner, school Principals, and the Dzongkhag moderation committee to discuss moderation-related matters in detail
