རང་ཟླ་ ༣ པའི་ཚེས་ ༨ དང་ སྤྱི་ཚེས་ ༥-༥-༢༠༢༥ ལས་ བསམ་རྩེ་རབ་སྡེ་གྲྭ་ཚང་གི་བླམ་གནས་བརྟན་དབུ་བཞུགས་ཐོག་ ཕགས་པའི་དགེ་འདུན་པ་ཚུ་གིས་བཀྲིན་འགྲན་ཟླ་དང་བྲལ་བ་ མཐུ་ཆེན་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཞབས་དྲུང་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་མཆོག་གི་སྐུ་མཆོད་དང་འབྲེལ་ གསོལ་འདེབས་འཇིག་རྟེན་དབང་ཕྱུག་བསག་ནི་འགོ་བཙུག་གནང་ཡོདཔ་ལས་ སྐུ་མཆོད་དེ་ ཚེས་ ༡༠ དང་ སྤྱི་ཚེས་ ༧-༥-༢༠༢༥ ལུ་གྲོལ་གནང་ནི་ཨིན།
On the 8th day of the 3rd Bhutanese month, corresponding to 5th May 2025, the Jigten Wangchuk Committee at Samtse Rabdey commenced the sacred Zhabdrung Soldeb to accumulate collective merit and invoke blessings for peace, unity, and the spiritual well-being of all sentient beings.
The religious ceremony was led by Venerable Lam Neten and the monastic community, in the esteemed presence of Dasho Dzongdag, Drangpon, Dzongrab, OC, as well as regional and sector heads and Public.
The Soldeb, performed in deep reverence to Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyel—the founder of the Bhutanese nation—includes prayers, rituals, and offerings to honor his immeasurable contributions to the country’s spiritual heritage. The event also aims to purify obstacles, enhance national harmony, and promote spiritual awakening.
In alignment with the ceremony, recitations of Jigten Wangchuk prayers also began at various schools across Samtse Dzongkhag, allowing students and educators to partake in the spiritual observance and reinforce the sacred values of Bhutanese identity.
The prayer ceremony will conclude on the 10th day of the Bhutanese month, corresponding to 7th May 2025, coinciding with the sacred occasion of Zhabdrung Kuchoe.
