A refresher workshop on Google Workspace, Bhutan National Digital Identity (NDI), Asana, and Cybersecurity was successfully completed on 8–9 January 2026 at the Dzongkhag DT Hall.
The workshop was conducted with the objective of ensuring the effective and standardized use of Google Workspace for official communication, collaboration, and records management across government offices. It also focused on strengthening understanding, adoption, and operational use of the Bhutan NDI to support secure and trusted digital service delivery. In addition, the programme provided essential cybersecurity awareness, emphasizing the importance of safeguarding government systems, data, and digital services in the modern digital environment.
With the increasing reliance on digital platforms and national digital infrastructure, the workshop played an important role in equipping Dzongkhag officials with the necessary knowledge and skills. The initiative contributed to enhancing digital capacity, improving service delivery, and reinforcing secure digital practices at the Dzongkhag level, in line with the Royal Government’s digital transformation priorities.
