The Samtse Dzongkhag extends a warm welcome to Dasho Melam Zangpo, who has joined our Dzongkhag administration as the new Dasho Dzongdag on 1st January 2026.
Dasho Melam Zangpo brings with him a distinguished record of dedicated public service and exemplary leadership. He has previously served as Dasho Dzongdag of Haa Dzongkhag, where his commitment left a lasting positive impact.
